Our Interim Chief Marketing Officer & VP of Global Brand, Susan O'Brien, attended #MADFEST last week to share how our marketing efforts have made Just Eat Takeaway.com instantly recognisable across multiple markets through our bold and memorable “Did Somebody Say” campaign.With operations across 19 markets, our challenge was to build a unified global brand presence, so how did we do this?💡 Starting with fragmented communications and fierce competition, we knew we needed to stand out. Enter our catchy tagline, born from meme culture, designed to embed Just Eat into everyday conversations.🎶 With our unforgettable audio mnemonic and star-studded ads, we sparked conversations and captivated audiences. Some loved it, some didn’t—but everyone remembered it. Our bold approach paid off with a remarkable 71% brand recall rate, nearly matching McDonald’s iconic jingle, which achieved similar recognition in a fraction of the time.📈 The results? 70M global views, high engagement, and significant awareness boosts. Just Eat Switzerland and SPAR International are extending their exclusive partnership to offer their customers a wide range of grocery and convenience products. #JustEat already successfully delivers everyday items from 14 branches in Zurich and the surrounding area. From mid-July, it will also be possible to order SPAR products via Just Eat in Basel. Tahir has been delivering with Just Eat for a few years now. Delivering provides Tahir flexibility and fits in with his lifestyle. He enjoys riding his bike during his shifts but also in his spare time too, explaining how it’s fun and cheap to run - especially whilst using his hands free entertainment system.“Prayer is very important to me. As part of JET’s UEFA sponsorship we hosted a series of events in Dublin, Bilbao, and London, bringing together our partners for networking, business discussions, and of course, thrilling football finals ⚽Each location had a business session with a different focus on either future trends or social initiatives. There were inspiring guests and JET speakers sharing the strategy, vision and the latest trends in the food and delivery industry.
