For this last stage, you will be starting a new run and this time, choosing to be the bad cop. Do not investigate the body and make sure to not cooperate with Kim Kitsuragi your partner) at all. You then must let Kim die during the tribunal. After this, Cuno, the redheaded kid, will follow you around. At the end of the game, you must choose to support Cuno to recruit him to your precinct.
